Cover letters are optional, however we appreciate you wanting to share more details about yourself. Our application form asks for information regarding your availability, desired salary and some position-specific criteria. Once you’ve completed this, you can submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email afterwards so that you know everything worked out.
Our People & Talent Manager will have a look at your documents as quickly as possible and compare them to the requirements laid down in the job description. We will get in touch if we need any additional documents from you. In most cases, you can count on a quick response from us informing you of the next steps.
Getting to know each other
Our first meeting will be a phone or video interview, depending on the position. You will meet the People & Talent Manager responsible for the department, and your future manager may also be present. At this stage, we want to know more about your professional background and get an authentic idea of who you are as a person. We advise that you take time to familiarize yourself with Quentic so that you can ask us any questions you may have about the company or the position. After all, it’s important that what we offer suits you and your goals. Shortly after this meeting, you will receive a concrete response letting you know how we plan to proceed.
This step of getting to know each other may vary depending on the team and role. The goal is for you to gain a deeper insight into the specific tasks and responsibilities of the job. We may explore some example questions and tasks that you could come across in your daily work. This is where we get an impression of how you approach different topics and you get a deeper understanding of what your job with Quentic would entail. If possible, you will also meet other members of your future team at this point.
Final Decisions and Contract
Congratulations – it's a match and we want to welcome you as an amazing addition to Quentic! At this stage, we will send you a contract offer. This is done digitally via eSignature, making the process uncomplicated and smooth. Once both sides have accepted the terms of the contract and all parties have signed it, we will create an individualized onboarding plan together with your new manager and look forward to getting started.

The People & Talent team will clear up all administrative questions with you before your first day, so that you can fully concentrate on meeting your new team and getting to know the tasks you will be performing. You will get your equipment, a comprehensive onboarding plan and a list of contact details of all relevant people. And, most importantly, all Quentics will be excited to meet you and want you to feel at home. They will be glad to help you get up to speed.
