Our User Experience Team is part of the Product Management Department both work very closely together. As the User Experience team, we aspire to a highly passionate and collaborative atmosphere where we advocate for our users and strive to create a revolutionary product of high quality and aim to build winning products that deliver great value to customers. Based on a well-defined product strategy, our team of 6 focuses on continuous discovery to understand customer needs. Cross-departmental communication and alignment are key for that.
Plan, conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research
Enable product managers to understand users, their context, needs and problems
Take on responsibility for your own user research projects and drive initiatives to improve methods and processes
Collaborate with Product Managers
Present UX research insights to various internal stakeholders
Creation and further development of user personas and user journeys in collaboration with the product team
Planning and conducting of User Interviews and Usability tests, surveys, User journey mapping, Field studies and Focus groups
Engage existing B2B customers (employees) for user research activities in alignment with our consulting team

Degree in human factors, ergonomics, cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, usability, anthropology, or comparable fields
Ideally, you have 2-3 years of professional experience as a user researcher or in similar roles helping to understand users
Strong empathy for users and willingness to work with international customers
Excellent communication, interviewing and presentation skills
High level of self-motivation and passion to incorporate own ideas into our product
Independent and structured work style as well as organizational skills
You take full ownership, collaborate, influence and work as part of a cross-functional team
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Any experience with Condens.io is beneficial
Any experience with complex B2B software around EHSQ or ESG is a plus
