Essential for the further development of our successful software is Product Management. Our team is responsible for the strategic market positioning and continuous further development of the product and translates customer requirements into work orders for our software development. The right prioritization is crucial here, which is why we are in constant exchange with numerous internal and external interfaces and contacts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Get to know Quentic, the team, as well as Quentic, the product, in all areas around EHSQ & ESG
  • Understand upcoming trends and needs of customers, specifically in the area of EHSQ
  • Run customer discovery, ideate and test concepts for later implementation
  • Prioritize based on learnings from discovery and define a roadmap on how to extend Quentic's SaaS solution
  • Collaborate with Product Management peers to align on a holistic roadmap that delivers maximum value to our customers

Your Qualification

    • You have at least three years of experience in the field of EHSQ (Health & Safety, Risk Management, Audits, Compliance, etc.)
    • You can transfer your EHSQ knowledge into our Quentic software for future improvements
    • You can communicate and be an advisor on senior management level
    • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
    • You are willing to relocate to Berlin for a partially remote way of working that includes face-to-face sessions now and then (once the pandemic allows)
