Your Team

In our interdisciplinary International Marketing team of currently 7 colleagues distributed all over Europe, you will work on tailor-made campaigns to communicate our software. You will work closely together with the central marketing functions in the Berlin office and make sure our communication is always well adapted to our target groups in our international markets.


Your Challenge

  • Take ownership for our international marketing activities that are not yet managed by a dedicated regional team. Your territory is our communication in English throughout Europe.
  • Define a marketing mix strategy to reach our international prospects with integrated campaigns and manage implementation within budget
  • Localize brand content: create or translate texts for various channels and campaigns (website, mailings, PR, presentations, etc.) or proofread and edit content created or translated by colleagues or service-providers
  • Plan, design and run our English webinars in collaboration with internal and external experts and team colleagues
  • Organize and support international events and trade shows
  • Drive marketing programs with the channels to generate qualified leads and opportunities to meet revenue targets and provide regular reports
  • Work closely with the Marketing teams in the headquarters in Berlin and the local branches as well as with sales, consulting and external agencies and service providers

Your Qualifications

  • Degree level BA/BSc or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar
  • Professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment with products in need of explanation in an international context
  • Fluent English (ideally native speaker) and advanced level of German. Any other additional European language is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant hardware and software (e.g. Typo3, MS Office, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Experience with our main marketing and collaboration tools is a plus (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Pardot)
  • High level of motivation and ability to work in a team as well as systematic, independent work
  • Creativity and passion for marketing and ideally interest in occupational safety, sustainability and environmental protection
