As the Product Management team, we aim to build winning products that deliver great value to customers. Based on a well-defined product strategy, our team focuses on continuous discovery to understand customer and market needs which are then prioritized and addressed in close collaboration with the engineering team. Communication and alignment are key for that, both to external and internal stakeholders.
Learn about safety and sustainability, understand needs of customers
Together with the UX research team, drive discovery to understand opportunities
Beyond specific domain modules, own user engagement, specifically aspects around FTUE, user onboarding, landing pages, user guidance, online help and access to documentation
Act as a partner and key stakeholder towards engineering during the implementation
Launch new features and capabilities in internal as well as external presentations
Be a partner for marketing and sales teams and help winning new customers

Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, in user research or in similar roles helping to bring complex products to the market
You have an understanding of the B2B SaaS market, can talk to customers and show empathy for users
You can work under uncertainty and develop creative solutions
You have very good organization skills, can deal with ambiguity as well as conflicting requirements
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You take full ownership, collaborate, influence and work as part of a cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken and at least good German language skills
Any experience around EHSQ or ESG is a plus
