The company is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, and employs more than 250 people. More than 800 customers strengthen their EHSQ and ESG management using Quentic software solutions. It is Quentic's mission to connect, engage, and inspire all EHSQ and ESG stakeholders - via browser or app. 

The goal of our Partner Management Team is the further expansion and development of our indirect sales channels. They contribute to Quentic's success by making sure we have the right partners on board to support our ambitious growth targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • You develop and implement our partner strategy in coordination with the Head of Partner Management and the CSO
  • You identify and approach potential new partners for our Quentic network
  • You present our software solution, online and in face to face meetings
  • You prepare and negotiate new partner contracts
  • You generate revenue directly via partners
  • You coordinate the onboarding and training of new partners in cooperation with our internal Consulting teams
  • You represent Quentic at trade fairs and road shows
  • You document your progress and activity in our CRM Salesforce

Your Qualifications

  • You have extensive experience in consultative B2B software sales
  • You combine affinity to technology with interest for topics like health and safety, sustainability, and environmental protection
  • Proven track record of successful acquisition and management of partners 
  • Empathy and outstanding communication and negotiation skills enable you to present complex topics in easily understandable terms
  • You are business fluent in German and English, other European languages are a plus
  • You are willing to travel across the DACH region (approximately 1-2 days per week)
