Our Account Management team works in an unsaturated B2B market environment with high demand potential, a wide variety of corporate customers and a highly diversified range of industries. Our well-engineered product leaves enough space for our own ideas and the control over the entire process until the contract is signed - including flexibility, independence and transparent bonus agreements. Your Responsibilities

  • You develop and expand existing customers in the medium and large enterprise segment in the DACH area 
  • You identify up- and cross-selling potential and know how to turn this potential into a successful deal 
  • You negotiate pricing options and contract extensions
  • You present our solution to our existing customers and analyze their needs and requirements 
  • You represent Quentic at trade fairs and road shows 
  • You keep a clean documentation about your activities in our CRM system and regularly report to our Head of Account Management 
  • You collaborate with internal and external partners
  • You take responsibility for ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction

Your Qualification

  • You are an experienced Account Manager in the realm of B2B software sales
  • Terms like buying center, tender and complex consultative sales are familiar to you
  • You combine affinity to technology with interest for topics like health and safety, sustainability, and environmental protection
  • Empathy and outstanding communication and negotiation skills enable you to present complex topics in easily understandable terms 
  • You are business fluent in German and English, other European languages are a plus 
  • You are willing to travel across the DACH region (approximately 1-2 days per week)
