Branch offices are located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy.

70 of these employees work in our Development Center in our Software Development, Software Testing, UX Design and Technical Documentation departments. The Frontend Team primarily concerns itself with further developing our platform, as well as overall usability.   

Your challenge

  • Build and further develop our internal Core Framework for the implementation of future features.  
  • Support frontend development in accordance with the Product Roadmap 
  • Research and establish appropriate procedures for frontend engineering  
  • Digital product development as part of an agile team, from conception to implementation and documentation 
  • Refactoring of our current application based on modern web technologies  
  • Conducting code reviews and creating unit tests, integration tests and interface tests to improve product quality  
  • Onboarding new employees; managing and coaching the frontend team

Your qualification

  • Degree or extensive training in an IT-related field or other relevant experience  
  • Several years of experience in the development of web-based frontend systems  
  • Extensive experience in current web technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 
  • Expert knowledge of React  
  • Familiarity with Git and Build Tools  
  • Exceptional awareness of quality  
  • Deep understanding of software architecture and software design as well as TDD/BDD  
  • Broad and strong ability to analyze and conceptualize 
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills in English and / or German
