With nine individually combinable modules, the online platform encompasses Health & Safety, Risks & Audits, Hazardous Materials, Control of Work, Legal Compliance, Online Instructions, Processes, Environmental Management, and Sustainability. It is Quentic's mission to connect, engage, and inspire all EHS and CSR stakeholders - via browser or app. The solution supports seamless cooperation across departments, locations, and even countries, thereby helping companies coordinate all processes efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.

Your challenge

  • Market our software to B2B customers of the industry in the Finnish and Swedish market
  • Approach potential customers as well as identify decision makers
  • Implement special call campaigns (i.e. for exhibitions, events) in consultation with our Sales and Marketing departments
  • Qualify, classify and follow up on incoming requests as well as outbound activities
  • Maintain and update data in our CRM system
  • Arrange further action regarding opportunities together with Sales and Marketing

Your qualification

  • Experience in address qualification, cold calling and lead generation for the B2B market, preferably within the HSE or software industry
  • Enjoy being in touch with people and a sense for their needs
  • Charm, creativity, strong communication skills and sound argumentation as well as persuasive power
  • Structured working style as well as ambition and optimism
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Being fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English is a must, any additional language is a plus
