Working time is also living time. We value the harmony of family and work and respect the individual life situation of each person. Every Quentic has a non-working birthday in addition to their annual leave. We also offer flexible working models in terms of time and space, such as part-time options, home office and trust-based working hours without core hours. A pleasant working atmosphere, regular employee events and our parent-child room complement our comfortable working conditions.
